What has changed

The docket records every public release, addition, amendment, withdrawal, and significant maintenance event. It is the procedural history of the site: not a changelog, but a record.

Terms amendment — 2026-09-08 (Version 3)

The terms add five sections ported from the publisher’s reviewed terms: Warranties; Release and limits on liability, capping aggregate liability at one hundred United States dollars (US $100); Third-party claims, with indemnity for claims arising from use, submissions, or breach; Binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules with a 30-day opt-out; and Continuing provisions, naming the sections that survive termination. Governing law is unchanged and yields to the arbitration agreement where it applies. The demo acceptance gate records Version 3.

Terms amendment — 2026-09-08 (Version 2)

The public demo now presents an agreement box before it opens a workspace, and records which version the visitor accepted. The Acceptance section states that plainly in place of the conditional wording published earlier the same day, which described a control that did not yet exist.

Terms amendment — 2026-09-08

The terms are now versioned, beginning at Version 1. An Acceptance section states the standard the publisher applies: acceptance requires an affirmative action expressly presented as agreement, and publication of the terms or an unrelated button does not establish it. Governing law changed from New Jersey to Washington, where the Jacobrakai Foundation is incorporated; a municipal deployment remains governed by its own written agreement. The demo call to action now names the terms it is offered under.

Demo build 9bb2de9 — 2026-09-06 (00:14 UTC)

The public demo now runs the 2026-09-05 Bellwether build. PDF parsing, preview, redaction, and numbering run in a separate isolated worker container; new workspaces are limited per network; requests carry readable references. Request intake in public remains PDF-only, and the application’s new image, document, spreadsheet, presentation, email, and bounded ZIP ingestion is not yet exposed in the demo. The previous build stays available for rollback.

Site amendment — 2026-09-05

The About, Method, Privacy, Terms, and Accessibility pages were rewritten to describe the records software and the demo as deployed; earlier drafts described a different product and were withdrawn. Two drafted routes, /forms and /authorities, were removed before publication for the same reason. Clean URLs for every page, the sitemap, and the www redirect were completed. The site version file now reads v0.1.1.

Reference demo. Public intake, deadline tracking, document review, redaction, response generation, and audit export for a synthetic municipality. File-type guide and responsive site published.

v0.1.0 — 2026-09-04

Initial public release of the Bellwether demo. Product site with feature guide, connector plans, edition comparison, and brand system. Favicon, 404 page, social metadata, and automated tests.

What comes next

Each entry in the docket will link to the corresponding release notes, errata, and affected releases. The docket itself is versioned: additions, corrections, and amendments to docket entries are recorded in the same format as other site corrections.
